Contract cleaning & Fees:

  • commercial.  For longer bookings Filipino Domestic Cleaning Services (FDCS) are able to offer a no fee discount.
  • residential.  Full-time Live-in/Live-out housekeeper. FDCS charges a standard fee for permanent placement of the successful candidates net month salary (Agency fees non-refundable).

Schedule of fees to the Agency:

 Please note: Salary for full-time live-in or live-out to be agreed between the Client and the Applicant in each case.  Rates for temporary cleaners, including public liability (additional £2.50 on top of the hourly rate).  Cleaner/s are paid per hour per person.

 

Retainer fee:

Client to pay the Agency one month advance at the beginning of this agreement. 

 

VAT:

All fees subject to VAT where applicable

 

Sunday & Night workers:

Rates for working unsociable hours is £15 per hour.

 

 

 

We offer full-time, temporary, part-time, daily, weekly, fortnightly and one off help: 

  • Housekeeper/Domestic cleaner-duties include cleaning, ironing and polishing silver, changing bed linens, laundry etc, etc, (see standard cleaning service homepage) for further info.

  • Ironing-Weekly or fortnightly.  We come and iron your clothes or bed linen during the day or in the evenings. 4/5 hanging shirts usually take an hour.  Please note: Client to provide flat iron and ironing board.

  • Gardening-grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, weekly and fortnightly garden maintenance.
  • After Builders cleaning-we can send our experienced team of cleaners to dust all surfaces including skirting boards, clean inside and outside cupboards,  drawers  and wardrobes. Mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing walls & floors, doors, and cleanly sanitised.
  • End of tenancy cleaning-deep cleaning and cleanly sanitised.
  • Babysitter/childcaretaker-to watch children away from endangerment. To hang out and interact with the kids. Evening sitter available upon request.  (All CRB checked and cleared). 
  • Housekeeper/nanny-provide responsible childcare and babysitting services in addition to the housekeeper duties.
  • Office cleaner-duties include, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, emptying bins, cleaning toilets/bathrooms, and other general task.
  • After school nanny.  After school nanny typically cares for children aged 5 years and over.  Although they are able to care for children of any age.  Duties include collecting children before and after school, preparation of meals,  arranging play dates and social schedule. (All CRB checked and cleared)
  • Companion/Carer. Duties that the companion may have to carry out for example, toilet hygiene, emptying of catheter bags, etc.  Client to discuss requirements fully with the Agency prior to the confirmation of start date and terms of agreement. (All professional elderly carer and  CRB Checked and cleared)
